May 31st - Mencanting batik dan menyulam manik

On Sunday, I went to Putrajaya with Intan and her bf, Apy for Minggu Kesenian Putrajaya.

We went to Putrajaya last month and we saw dis event held by Putrajaya place - dat time we went there around 6 pm, nearly closed..and we just know dat dis event will be held every month on last week (4th week) on Saturday and Sunday.

So, we already planning to go there next time. And here we are.

What so interesting about dis event?

Dis Kesenian event provided 3 Bengkel Seni Pendidikan Kraf for everyone dat come here for free.

One of the Bengkel is Bengkel Menyulam Manik.


We learned how to stitch manik from dis lady =)

They provided us white kaftan fabric for us to draw anything for our Batik

We painted our fabric by using hot oil Batik painter - candle something..haha

I invitied my sister to come along there. hehe. Look. She busy helped her children =)

After that, we used fabric color to color our own Batik.

I am so happy dat day. We didnt have time to try to make tembikar. Next time..definitely will come again to take tembikar class.
